Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or MES Functional Consultant.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Knowledge of MES systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) knowledge.
• Willingness to be based in Brussels with mobility.

Job Description We're looking for a motivated MES Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels. You will contribute to digital transformation initiatives in the life sciences sector by bridging business needs and MES solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will act as the key interface between manufacturing operations and IT systems, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of MES solutions within a regulated life sciences environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from manufacturing and quality stakeholders

Your Profile

• Good understanding of MES systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments

• Ability to work in a production-driven, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to be based in Brussels (mobility required)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment
