Group-IPS is seeking an experienced MEP Package Lead for our Nivelles office in Belgium. You will collaborate across disciplines to achieve seamless MEP integration, supervise installation and commissioning, and ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety standards.

The role requires an engineering degree and 3+ years of MEP leadership experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT MEP, HAP, and Aproplan. Travel within Belgium and possibly abroad is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Mechanical.
• 3+ years as responsible for MEP projects or MEP package lead; 5+ years total experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems design, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, electrical circuits and lighting controls.
• Experience with Data Center or similar critical projects is an asset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, HAP, AutoCAD, REVIT MEP and Aproplan.

Responsabilités

• Lead MEP package implementation and commissioning across projects.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and construction professionals for integration.
• Supervise installation and commissioning; ensure codes and safety standards are met.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical drawings and specifications; document with PM software and Autodesk tools.
• Inspect issues, propose changes and adjust designs for site conditions.
• Coordinate technical teams and contractors; report to Project Managers.
• Ensure health and safety policies on-site and assist with permits and licenses.
