Group-IPS in Belgium is seeking an experienced MEP Package Lead to coordinate mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing and related systems on complex projects in Nivelles.

You will work with architects, structural engineers and construction professionals, supervise installation and commissioning, review drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with codes, safety and energy standards while keeping projects on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 3+ years leading MEP projects
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French a plus
• Experience with building utilities and Autodesk tools

Responsabilités

• Lead MEP package across mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Coordinate with architects and structural engineers for integration.
• Oversee installation and commissioning, ensure codes and safety.
• Prepare cost estimates, drawings, specs; document with project software.
• Inspect issues, propose solutions, adjust designs for site conditions.
• Supervise technical teams and contractors on site.
• Report to Project Managers and contractors.
• Ensure on-site health and safety policies.
