Group-IPS in Belgium is seeking an experienced MEP Package Lead to drive integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems on complex projects in Nivelles. Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electro-Mechanics, Electrical or Mechanical.
• 3+ years leading MEP projects or as MEP package lead.
• Strong understanding of building systems design and energy considerations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Willing to travel within Belgium and possibly abroad.

Responsabilités

• Lead MEP package implementation, including commissioning.
• Manage mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, sanitation and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with architects and structural engineers for proper integration.
• Supervise installation and commissioning; ensure codes and safety compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, drawings and specs using project management tools and Autodesk.
• Inspect issues, propose solutions and adjust designs based on site conditions.
• Coordinate and supervise technical teams and contractors on site.
• Report to Project Managers and contractors; assist with permits and safety documentation.
