David-Lloyd-Club is seeking a dedicated Member Support Advisor to handle member queries via chat, phone and email. The role is based in one of our Membership Hubs with daytime shifts and a steady, office-based schedule.

You will actively engage with members to deliver high-quality service and support, contributing to a welcoming club environment. Ideal candidates will have outbound calling experience, strong customer service skills, and a results-driven attitude.
