Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City is seeking an energetic intern to join the Groups & Events Sales Team in Brussels. You will begin with an immersion across operations, then contribute to group and meeting sales and guest inquiries in a dynamic, international setting.

You are studying Hospitality Management or Business with a minimum five-month internship; fluent English and French are required, Dutch a plus. Housing support and lunch benefits are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Hospitality Management or Business and must have an internship agreement for at least five months.
• Must be fluent in English and French and able to communicate with international guests.
• Dutch or any additional language is a plus; customer-service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Begin with an immersion across operational departments to understand Group Operations, Banqueting and Front Office.
• Join the Booking Success team to handle group and meeting sales and respond to guest inquiries by email, phone or in person.
