Job summary
Johnson & Johnson in Diegem, Belgium seeks a Legal Project & Contract Specialist for MedTech Midsized Markets. You will support multiple countries, handle contract drafting, templates, and knowledge management, and help drive product launches through coordinated legal workstreams.
The role requires drafting experience, project coordination across functions, and fluent English with Dutch or French skills, enabling independent work within defined parameters.
Qualifications
- Hands-on drafting or reviewing contracts or legal documents.
- Experience applying templates, playbooks, or defined legal processes.
- Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare first drafts of standard agreements and amendments using approved templates.
- Review and compare contracts, identify deviations, obtain input from owners.
- Maintain contract templates, playbooks, clause libraries and training materials.
- Coordinate defined legal workstreams for product launches and cross-functional projects.
- Organize and maintain legal knowledge so approved guidance is reusable across markets.
- Administer legal intake, matter-management and reporting processes, including data quality.
- Use approved digital and AI tools for legal research, drafting and knowledge management.
