Ventory is a Belgian SaaS company hiring an enterprise sales professional with a Medical Device / MedTech background to win new med-device and healthcare accounts. You will own the full sales cycle and drive new revenue growth.

Hybrid working in Belgium with travel to meet customers. You will engage with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and translate Ventory's value into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• A proven B2B enterprise sales track record with demonstrated quota attainment.
• Medical Device / MedTech experience: you know how these companies buy and the regulatory context they operate in.
• Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals and longer enterprise sales cycles.
• Fluent English; based in Belgium with the right to work here, and willing to travel for customer meetings.

Responsabilités

• Own and close a pipeline of MedTech / medical-device enterprise deals.
• Hit and exceed new-ARR targets that feed directly into Ventory's growth plan.
• Run the full cycle (discovery, solution, proposal, negotiation, close) with consultative, value-led selling.
• Build relationships with VP Supply Chain / Operations, Heads of Field Operations, and compliance stakeholders.
