Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Project Manager to oversee hyperscale data centre construction projects. You will manage all stages from pre-construction to close-out, coordinating with clients, GCs, and vendors while traveling internationally as required.

You bring deep technical understanding of large-scale construction, ability to lead multiple disciplines, and a track record in data centre projects.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of large-scale technical construction projects.
• Ability to manage multiple technical disciplines across complex systems.
• Experience in data centre new build or refurbishment, preferably hyperscale.
• Willingness to commit to significant international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget in collaboration with client and GC.
• Support contractor pre-qualification, bid analysis, negotiations, and vendor scoping.
• Coordinate VE efforts and budget tracking with client teams.
• Manage GC and direct vendors on site and ensure schedule adherence.
• Assist with close-out documentation and inspections.
