Arcadis seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead safety governance for a major hyperscale data center project in Luxembourg. You will guide clients, teams and contractors, drive a Zero Harm culture, and oversee environmental and safety performance across all phases from preconstruction to handover.

The role requires 10+ years in construction EHS, strong knowledge of European regulations, and experience with commissioning, energization, and multi-contractor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction EHS experience.
• Experience on large-scale Data Center or industrial projects.
• Experience managing multi-contractor environments.
• Strong knowledge of European construction safety regulations.
• Experience supporting commissioning and energization activities.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHS governance and promote a 'Zero Harm' culture across the project.
• Act as the primary EHS advisor to the client, team, contractors and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain EHS reporting, KPIs and escalation protocols.
• Review contractor RAMS, Permits-to-Work and safety plans.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and leadership safety walks.
• Ensure high-risk activities are properly planned, assessed and controlled.
