Arcadis is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to join the Project Management Consultancy team for a hyperscale data center project in Luxembourg. You will act as the client's representative, driving the highest standards of Environmental, Health & Safety across all project phases from preconstruction through commissioning and handover.

Initially, the role will be remote during preconstruction and transition to a full-time site-based position in Bissen, Luxembourg, requiring strong leadership,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction EHS experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead EHS governance and safety culture across the project.
• Advise client, team, contractors and stakeholders on EHS matters.
• Review contractor RAMS, Method Statements, Permit-to-Work and logistics plans.
• Monitor compliance with Luxembourg legislation and industry best practices.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and safety walks.
• Oversee high-risk activities such as energization, lifting operations, confined spaces and SIMOPS.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Support contractor prequalification reviews and ongoing assessments.
