Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
• Possess a mechanical engineering qualification from a recognised institution.
• Able to work at heights and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to lead a team and liaise with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English and Maltese; driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical overview and planning for client jobs as directed by Operations Manager.
• Operate as a hands-on team leader for the works.
• Supervise job sites on designated workdays.
• Manage subcontractors as assigned by Operations Manager.
• Liaise with clients, representatives and third parties for planning and performance.
• Plan daily works including personnel, materials, tooling, facilities, third parties and logistics.
• Anticipate problems and act to ensure schedules are met.
• Solve onsite technical problems within capabilities.
• Assist Operations Manager in reviewing new tasks and opportunities.
