The Collaborative Supply Chain Project Specialist will work with internal teams and strategic distributors to reduce risk, improve service, and protect revenue in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for written and spoken communication.
• Minimum five years in supply chain roles such as order fulfillment, logistics or distribution.
• Demonstrated project leadership and driving results.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of order management, inventory control and transportation flows.

Responsabilités

• Act as the subject matter expert for the full order fulfillment cycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution across internal teams and strategic distributors to ensure consistent service performance.
• Identify service, revenue, and inventory risks and drive timely mitigation actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, cycle time, and fulfillment reliability.
• Apply structured project management practices to deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key fulfillment and service indicators.
• Translate data into clear insights that support decision‑making and regional planning.
• Monitor trends and risks across the META region to enable proactive interventions.
