EUMEDICA SA in Manage, Belgium seeks an Export & Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to drive the smooth execution of international supply chain activities. You will coordinate daily export activities, ensure product availability and deliver excellent service to international partners and distributors.

Reporting to Customer Service Manager, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, monitor KPIs, manage inventory, and optimize end-to-end order-to-delivery processes while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in export, customer service or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating a team or projects.
• Pharma/healthcare experience is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are assets.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily Export & Supply activities and KPIs.
• Manage supply and inventory across distribution centers and partners.
• Oversee international order management from dispatch to delivery.
• Handle export documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain relationships with distributors and customers.
