Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in supply chain roles such as order fulfillment, logistics, or distribution.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Act as the subject matter expert for the full order fulfillment cycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution across internal teams and strategic distributors to ensure consistent service performance.
• Identify service, revenue, and inventory risks and drive timely mitigation actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, cycle time, and fulfillment reliability.
• Apply structured project management practices to deliver measurable operational improvements.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key fulfillment and service indicators.
• Translate data into clear insights that support decision-making and regional planning.
• Monitor trends and risks across the META region to enable proactive interventions.

Job Description

As the Collaborative Supply Chain Project Specialist META you will play a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient delivery of products across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. The position combines operational ownership with continuous improvement, using data and project leadership to reduce risk, improve service, and protect revenue across complex international supply chains. You will work across functions and with strategic distributors to strengthen end-to-end order fulfilment performance in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for the full order fulfillment cycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing

Preferred Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in supply chain roles such as order fulfillment, logistics, or distribution

• Hands-on exposure to shipments into the Middle East and complex international logistics environments

• Strong understanding of order management, inventory control, and transportation flows

• Advanced analytical capability with proven experience using Power BI for reporting and insights

• Confident leading projects from definition through delivery with clear outcomes

• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal settings
