BD is seeking a Collaborative Supply Chain Specialist - Europe to drive end-to-end supply chain solutions for a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region. You will work with account managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, value-added SCORe initiatives that improve service, efficiency, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Supply chain or similar.
• Expert in end-to-end OtC and Quote to cash.
• Advanced analytical skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik or SQL BI for reporting.
• Knowledge of OTIF, service levels, cost-to-serve metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in cross-functional, international environments.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain contact for a portfolio of EMEA Strategic Accounts.
• Lead end-to-end SCORE initiatives with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor OTIF, service levels and key performance indicators.
• Drive cross-functional projects with Planning, Customer Care, Logistics, Warehousing and Digital teams.
• Present regular business reviews to stakeholders and leadership.
