Bambaw is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain—from procurement in Asia to European and North American hubs to final delivery. You will lead a three-person team and report to the Co-CEO/COO, ensuring products reach customers reliably and cost-effectively.

You will own cost, lead times, and risk across the full flow, build autonomous processes, and drive data‑driven decisions with cross-functional partners. Hybrid work setup in Brussels, Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain or operations.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Fluent in English; French at B1+ level for Brussels stakeholders.
• EU work permit valid.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end supply chain from Asia to Europe to North America.
• Lead procurement, logistics, and inventory planning for reliable delivery.
• Develop and coach a three-person team and set KPIs.
• Build SOPs and live dashboards for supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, IT, and finance to optimize costs.
• Mitigate risk with dual sourcing and supplier relationships.
• Drive New Product Introductions with cross-functional teams.
