Sopra Steria is seeking a skilled MBR modeler to implement full electronic batch records at our production site. You will convert paper batch records into complete electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) in MES PAS-X, integrated with DeltaV control recipes.

You will model process, material and equipment flows following the S88 standard and collaborate with stakeholders to define PCS MBR elements for data integration and automated deviation detection.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a chemical production environment.
• Experience with MES and DeltaV.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, OSI-PI is a plus.
• Degree in a scientific or automation-related field.

Responsabilités

• Convert paper batch records into electronic Master Batch Records (MBRs) in MES PAS-X.
• Model process, material and equipment flows following the S88 standard.
• Integrate MBRs with DeltaV control recipes and enable automated deviation detection across automation layers.
