TMC Belgium is seeking a Material Planner to oversee material flow across the production and supply chain network, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. You will work on planning strategies that balance service, efficiency and inventory investment, while owning improvement initiatives to strengthen overall performance.

Qualifications

• Degree with 5+ years in material or production planning, or related supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, forecasting, inventory management and end-to-end operations.
• Hands-on SAP or ERP experience with advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Analytical, communicative and proactive with stakeholder management mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage material requirements, replenishment activities and supplier coordination for uninterrupted production.
• Analyze inventory performance and reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Lead supply chain projects focusing on standardization, automation, digitalization and SAP improvements.
• Monitor planning performance indicators, including service level and working capital efficiency.
• Conduct risk and scenario analyses and respond to potential supply disruptions.
