Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in business analytics, operations management, strategy consulting, or tech scale-up.
• Advanced SQL proficiency; AI models is a plus.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets quantitative modeling skills.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Optimization: monitor and tune levers to maximize conversion and throughput in Belgian cities.
• Defect & SLA Management: track and reduce marketplace defects with root-cause analyses and fixes.
• Data & SQL Analytics: write SQL queries and build data models to isolate network imbalances and evaluate market efficiency.
• Product Rollouts & Experiments: deploy regional/global marketplace features and run local A/B tests.
• Commercial & Growth Alignment: coordinate with local account management and marketing teams for marketplace actions.
