Uber Eats in Brussels is seeking an Operations Manager to own the real-time health, efficiency, and balance of our delivery network across Belgium. You will use data to monitor, model, and optimize the interplay between demand, merchant availability, dispatch, and delivery reliability.

You’ll work with the Head of Courier & Marketplace Operations and collaborate with local account management and marketing teams to implement data-driven marketplace improvements and software-enabled changes.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets quantitative modeling.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and optimize marketplace levers to maximize conversion and throughput.
• Track and reduce marketplace defect rates with root-cause analyses and fixes.
• Write SQL queries and construct data models to isolate network imbalances and evaluate market efficiency.
• Deploy regional and global marketplace product features and run localized A/B tests.
• Coordinate with local account management and marketing teams to prepare marketplace levers for actions.
