Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize marketplace levers to maximize conversion and throughput in Belgian cities.
• Track defect rates, perform root-cause analyses, and implement fixes.
• Write SQL queries and build data models to isolate network imbalances and measure market efficiency.
• Deploy regional and global product features and run local A/B tests.
• Coordinate with account management and marketing to align marketplace actions.
