Job summary

GSK BeLux is seeking a Market Access Manager to shape and deliver sustainable access strategies for medicines and vaccines in Belgium and Luxembourg, based in Wavre. You will drive end-to-end market access efforts across the product lifecycle, collaborating with local, regional and global teams to align with healthcare system priorities and GSK objectives.

The role offers exposure to health economics, budget impact analyses and real-world evidence activities across multiple therapeutic areas,

Qualifications

University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, health economics or economics. A PhD is a plus.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a healthcare organization (sick fund, NIHDI...).
Strong understanding of the Belgian healthcare system and pricing and reimbursement environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies for new products across Belgium and Luxembourg.
Translate scientific, clinical, epidemiological and economic evidence into value propositions and market access strategies.
Lead or support health economic evaluations, budget impact analyses and real-world evidence initiatives.
Identify opportunities and risks within the healthcare and policy environment and adapt market access strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to align market access priorities with patient needs and business objectives.
