GSK BeLux is seeking a talented Market Access Manager to shape and deliver sustainable access strategies for our medicines and vaccines in Belgium and Luxembourg. Based in Wavre, you will develop end-to-end market access strategies across the product lifecycle and collaborate with local, regional and global teams to align with healthcare priorities and policy requirements.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, health economics or economics.
• A PhD is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Belgian healthcare system and pricing and reimbursement environment.
• Experience in cross-functional settings and leading complex projects.
• Ability to interpret scientific, clinical and economic evidence and translate it into clear value arguments.

• Translate scientific, clinical, epidemiological and economic evidence into compelling value propositions and market access strategies.

• Collaborate with local, regional and global teams to align market access priorities with patient needs and business objectives.
• Manage interactions with pricing and reimbursement authorities, ensuring high-quality submissions and responses.
