Job summary

Merck Healthcare is seeking a MAP & GAP Manager to shape market access, pricing and reimbursement outcomes across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will coordinate submissions, monitor regulatory changes and manage the end-to-end tender process with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely decisions.

You will also prepare tender business cases, track performance, and support policy activities. Fluent English is required; Dutch and French are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment, market access, pricing, reimbursement, tender management or related function.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, economics, health economics, business, pharmacy or related discipline.
• Experience with pricing and reimbursement submissions and implementing administrative or cross-functional processes.
• Knowledge of Belgian and Luxembourg pricing, reimbursement and tender environments or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate, timely reimbursement and pricing submissions.
• Monitor legislative and competitor developments; translate into implications for the business.
• Own end-to-end tender pipeline from identification to governance, submission and post-tender review.
• Prepare tender business cases with pricing, profitability, supply, contractual and risk considerations.
• Maintain transparent records, audit trails and trackers for decisions; support governmental affairs and policy activities.
