Marsh in Antwerp is seeking a commercially minded professional to join our Marine Hull & Liability team. You will blend technical insurance knowledge with strategic client work in a hybrid setup, with at least three days a week in the office.

You will partner with Placement, Advisory Leaders and Client Executives to design renewal strategies, analyse quotes, support business development, drive renewals, and nurture client relationships across the market.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience in Marine Hull or related background such as P&I, Chartering or MGA.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Proactive, well-organised with ability to manage multiple commercial priorities.

Responsabilités

• Design renewal and placement strategies with Placement Leaders and Client Executives to protect clients and maximise commercial outcomes.
• Analyse carrier quotes and terms, advising on cover vs competitiveness and profitability.
• Support business development with compelling RFPs, client pitches and tender material.
• Drive renewals and negotiations with a commercial lens to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and close deals.
