Allseas seeks an Unit Head Marine Workforce Planning to lead a multidisciplinary team and translate corporate ambitions into practical Marine Crewing operations. You will anticipate future fleet needs, balance immediate crew requirements with longer-term workforce planning, and shape clear responsibilities and processes without bureaucracy.

You’ll monitor competencies, KPIs and SLAs, and work with Operations, Vessel Management and HR to continuously optimize how teams collaborate.

Qualifications

• Lead people and translate strategy into practical ways of working.
• Experience in offshore/maritime/marine crewing is highly relevant.
• Background in workforce planning, operational HR, resource management or operational excellence is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of Workforce Planners and HR Crew Consultants.
• Develop workforce and capacity planning, monitor competencies and future staffing needs.
• Strengthen frameworks, KPIs and SLAs and improve collaboration across disciplines.
• Collaborate with Operations, Vessel Management, HR and other stakeholders to continuously improve the organization.
