Allseas Group S.A. is seeking a Learning & Development Crew Specialist to plan and coordinate mandatory training for our fleet worldwide.

The role focuses on logistics, scheduling, and follow-up rather than content delivery, with no prior maritime experience required. You will act as first point of contact for training questions, ensure certifications stay valid, collaborate with stakeholders, and occasionally visit vessels and training providers to maintain quality.

Qualifications

• Planning, organizing, and maintaining overview are your key strengths.
• Bachelor / MBO degree or equivalent or proven experience.
• Relevant work experience in planning and coordination.
• Comfort with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel to vessels on exceptional basis.
• Strong English written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate mandatory training courses for crew worldwide.
• Ensure all certifications stay valid and compliant.
• Act as the first point of contact for training questions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on programmes.
• Identify training needs in cooperation with supervisors.
• Gather feedback and monitor training quality.
• Occasionally visit vessels to maintain relationships.
• Visit training providers to ensure quality standards.
• Support admin colleagues with certification documentation.
