Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to independently plan, execute and deliver capital investment projects and process improvements in line with NPPI and Safety First standards.

You will specify, budget and qualify new production equipment and coating technologies (incl. Z‑coat), coordinating with shop floor teams and cross‑functional groups to optimize ergonomics, safety and unit costs. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement at our Wilrijk facility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering (Civil or Industrial Engineer) and several years hands‑on experience.
• Strong manufacturing process know‑how; coating processes (Z‑coat) are a plus.
• Experience with digital manufacturing systems and software integration (Ignition, CAQ, Delmia, GEMS, SOFE)
• Understanding of NPPI methodology, ergonomics, safety and CAPEX procedures.
