Atlas Copco Group in Wilrijk seeks a Manufacturing Engineer Project & Process to lead capital investment projects and factory process improvements. You will specify and budget new production equipment and coating technologies, then hand them over to shop floor teams, while driving ergonomics, safety, and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering (Civil or Industrial Engineer) with several years of hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong foundation in manufacturing processes; coating knowledge (Z-coat) is a plus.
• Interest or experience in digital manufacturing systems and software integration (Ignition, CAQ, Delmia, GEMS, SOFE).
• Understanding of NPPI, safety standards, and capital expenditure procedures.

• Plan, execute, and deliver capital investment projects and manufacturing process improvements.
• Specify, budget, and qualify new production equipment and coating technologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and present feasibility studies to management.
• Provide manufacturability input to product development and support production launches and warranty audits.
