Atlas Copco Group in Belgium is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Project & Process to implement and optimize production processes and technologies. You define production means and installations, prepare budgets for purchase, modification and commissioning, and drive project schedules.

You lead projects, manage budgets, support teams, advise on manufacturability in the pre-project phase, and maintain relationships with suppliers, institutes and universities.

Qualifications

• A degree in industrial engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Broad general and solid technical knowledge.
• CNC experience (or willing to learn).
• Good knowledge of English language (reading, speaking and writing); knowledge of Dutch and German language are beneficial.
• Willingness to accept short-term external assignments.

Responsabilités

• Define production means and installations and prepare budgets for purchase, modification, and commissioning.
• Manage project budgets and support production personnel and other departments when introducing new processes.
• Advise the product development department on manufacturability in the pre-project phase.
• Maintain relationships with potential suppliers, institutes and universities.
