You define production means, prepare budgets, and manage project schedules, while supporting production personnel and other departments. You guide suppliers and institutes, monitor developments, lead projects, report to management, and mentor new employees; a degree in industrial engineering, CNC willingness, and strong

Qualifications

• A degree in industrial engineering or equivalent by experience.
• Broad general and solid technical knowledge.
• CNC experience (or willing to learn)
• Good knowledge of English language (reading, speaking and writing); Dutch and German language are beneficial

Responsabilités

• Implement and optimize new and existing production processes and technologies.
• Define required production means and installations and prepare budgets for purchase, modification and commissioning.
• Ensure preparation, execution and follow-up of project schedules.
• Manage project budgets allocated to you and support production personnel and other departments.
• Advise the product development department on manufacturability in the pre-project phase and maintain relationships with suppliers, institutes and universities.
• Lead projects and report regularly to management and the team leader.
• Guide new employees in understanding the organizational structure and existing technologies.
