Job summary

Victaulic Europe B.V. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to troubleshoot and drive continuous process improvement across identified areas. You will uphold safety rules, lead toolbox talks, and support safety programs while delivering reliable production enhancements.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to travel up to 40%. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of BPCS or M3 is a plus.

• BS Degree in Engineering.
• Able to travel up to 40%.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide continuous support for process improvement across identified areas.
• Abide by all company safety rules, regulations, and policies, ensuring safe and sanitary working conditions.
• Conduct safety training topics as required or needed.
• Attend/lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, completing reports and taking action to eliminate root causes.
• Develop solutions to complex problems related to plant layout, design and construction.
• Coordinate with Fab Manager and teams to maintain quality of work processes and report Regularly.
• Participate in ongoing improvement and enhancement of existing fabrication processes and benchmark best practices globally.
• Ensure FEM program is implemented and TPM programs are in place and followed.
