Sia is seeking a Senior consultant to drive transformation projects for clients. You will structure data, perform analyses, benchmarks, and interviews, and animate workshops. You will progressively lead teams by coaching new hires and juniors while contributing to knowledge sharing across industries.

The role emphasizes a strong client focus, collaboration, and rapid ownership in a fast-growing company committed to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• University Master in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, ability to quickly build expertise.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Languages: French, Dutch and English; Dutch is a must.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France and The Netherlands).

Responsabilités

• Involved in transformation projects at clients; execute project assignments.
• Perform intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks and interviews.
• Animate workshops and map processes; draft functional specifications.
• Take up team leadership roles by coaching new hires and juniors.
• Contribute to knowledge creation and exchange within business units.
