Sia is a global management consulting group that helps clients initiate, navigate and benefit from transformation.

As a business consultant you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, and other related activities. You will also take on team support roles and contribute to knowledge creation and exchange through workshops, publications, and seminars within our business units.

Qualifications

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills
• Strong interest in Energy
• Analytical mind, able to explore options and synthesize conclusions
• Autonomous, dynamic, result‑oriented, rigorous and committed
• Strong interest in data and AI‑related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas and a passion for helping clients seize their opportunities
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. German fluency is a great plus
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands)
