Fujitsu seeks a Manager in Management Consulting to lead the Benelux Wayfinders practice and shape our advisory approach. You will guide high-impact, billable engagements, mentor teams, and drive transformations with clients across the Benelux region.

In this role, you will blend hands-on delivery with strategic development, contributing to market offerings in IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience at Manager level in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage consulting workstreams and client satisfaction.
• Sector expertise in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
• Experience leading in cross-functional teams and complex environments.
• Applied knowledge of IT Value Transformation or Data & AI.

Responsabilités

• Shape development of the Benelux Wayfinders practice and deliver transformative outcomes.
• Lead high-impact engagements as a billable consultant and guide teams to success.
• Contribute to go-to-market offerings in IT Value Transformation and Data & AI.
• Own development of client deliverables with structured, high-quality outputs.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, including planning, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
