Fujitsu in the Benelux region is looking for a Senior Manager within the Uvance Wayfinders advisory brand to guide high‑impact client engagements and shape a new practice from the ground up. You will translate strategic ambition into tangible outcomes, lead delivery teams, and influence go‑to‑market efforts.

You will work with senior stakeholders across IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, driving growth, and ensuring lasting client impact through collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager level experience in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent in technology advisory.
• Proven ability to construct complex value cases in IT Value Transformation or Data & AI.
• Deep experience in the financial sector, manufacturing sector and/or the public sector.

Responsabilités

• Lead large advisory engagements or multiple workstreams within complex technology programs.
• Drive business development and contribute to go-to-market initiatives for the practice.
• Mentor consultants and collaborate across Fujitsu to deliver impact and growth.
