Fujitsu’s Europe Wayfinders invites a Senior Consultant to join a newly formed brand in Europe, focused on data and AI-driven transformation. You will translate strategic ambitions into tangible outcomes, collaborating with clients to deliver structured, impactful engagements.

You will drive high‑impact workstreams, contribute to frameworks and methodologies, and support market expansion through insightful analysis and relationship building in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Proven consulting experience at a tier‑one firm or advisory practice.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience building simple value cases and financial models.
• Self‑starter with collaborative mindset and drive for continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Client delivery: Lead a small team or workstream and own portions of client deliverables; build relationships with client stakeholders; facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Practice development: Contribute to frameworks, templates, and accelerators; raise risks and suggest improvements; support onboarding and knowledge management.
• Business Development: Curate client success libraries; draft and format proposals and presentations; perform data analysis and support go‑to‑market initiatives.
