Job summary

Fujitsu in the Benelux region is looking for a Senior Manager within the Uvance Wayfinders advisory brand to guide high‑impact client engagements and shape a new practice from the ground up. You will translate strategic ambition into tangible outcomes, lead delivery teams, and influence go‑to‑market efforts.

You will work with senior stakeholders across IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, driving growth, and ensuring lasting client impact through collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior Manager level experience in a tier-one consultancy or equivalent in technology advisory.
• Proven ability to construct complex value cases in IT Value Transformation or Data & AI.
• Deep experience in the financial sector, manufacturing sector and/or the public sector.

Your Role Will Involve

As a Senior Manager within Uvance Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’ foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.

Reporting to a Director or Associate Partner (as appropriate), you will play a pivotal role leading high-impact client engagements as a billable consultant, originating business development initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the Benelux Wayfinders practice.

You will lead large-scale delivery programs, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will help shape our go-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, and play a critical role in business development and practice growth.

This role is ideal for a consulting leader who brings strategic insight, a collaborative mindset, and the desire to shape a new practice from the ground up.

Business Development

• Significantly contributing to proposal creation, client presentations, and the identification of follow‑on opportunities within key accounts.
• Contributing to the formulation and execution of go‑to‑market strategies.
• Driving the execution of targeted marketing initiatives aligned to solution and industry priorities.
• Consultative selling towards decision makers in existing and new clients.

Client Delivery

• Leading large consulting engagements or multiple workstreams within complex, multi‑disciplinary technology engagements.
• Managing delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality, structured outputs aligned to client expectations.
• Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders, driving satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Practice Development

• Contributing to the evolution of consulting methodologies, accelerators, and service offerings.
• Collaborating across Fujitsu to integrate capabilities and deliver compelling consulting services.
• Mentoring consultants within the team, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

Your Skills And Experience

• Experience at Senior Manager level in a tier‑one consultancy or equivalent role in a technology advisory practice within a tier‑one Services or Solutions company – evidencing hands‑on leadership of advisory consulting engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex value cases in the domains of IT Value Transformation or Data and AI.
• Deep experience in the financial sector, manufacturing sector and / or the public sector.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a passion for contributing to business development and practice growth initiates, including significant involvement in prior go‑to‑market projects.
• Experience shaping engagement outcomes in complex client environments through workshop facilitation and stakeholder discussion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, evidencing an ability to influence and gain trust of senior decision‑makers.
