Job summary
BDO Belgium is seeking a Manager Daily Banking to lead transformative projects in back-office operations, onboarding, and digital innovation. You will drive improvements across processes, technology, and client experiences, while mentoring junior consultants and delivering measurable results.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in banking or consulting, with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and fluency in Dutch or French plus English.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of customer servicing, back-office operations, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Experience with near- and offshoring strategies.
- Expertise in electronic identification & authentication (eIDAS).
- Understanding ESG impact on customer relations and regulatory gaps.
Responsibilities
- Optimize back-office operations for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Enhance onboarding journeys incorporating AML & ESG criteria.
- Streamline new product acquisition: account opening and card creation.
- Improve customer support processes to meet evolving needs.
- Drive digital transformation with eID verification and identity wallets.
- Lead projects and change management, mentoring junior consultants.
- Prospect new clients and participate in sales to grow market footprint.
