BDO Leuven seeks a Manager Accountancy to lead a talented team and serve as a strategic financial partner for ambitious SMEs and large companies. You will drive growth, shape our local presence in Leuven, and develop strong partnerships with entrepreneurs and organisations in the Leuven region.

You will coach talent, manage a diverse client portfolio, and actively participate in developing projects and services while sharing expertise through seminars and publications.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic.
• ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey).
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus.
