Join Liedekerke as a Management Assistant and play a central role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our legal teams. You will combine matter administration, document preparation, planning and financial follow-up in a varied position offering autonomy, close collaboration with our lawyers and opportunities to develop your expertise.
Your responsibilities
You will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to our lawyers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Matter and document support: opening and maintaining matters in the ERP system; preparing court documents; finalising submissions; monitoring deadlines; ensuring consistent document formatting.
- Financial administration: preparing and following up invoices; creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders; processing expense reports.
- Planning and logistics: managing calendars; organising internal and external meetings; arranging travel; coordinating hearing-related logistics.
- Data and compliance: maintaining CRM records and monitoring lawyers’ professional or bar-related obligations.
Your profile
- At least two years’ experience in an administrative, executive assistant or management assistant role.
- Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. Working knowledge of French.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Previous experience in a law firm or another professional-services environment.
- Experience with ERP, document management or CRM systems.
What we offer you
- A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,000 to €4,000, depending on your experience.
- A full-time, permanent contract.
