delaware BeLux is seeking an experienced Managed Services Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance. You act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, combining deep ERP expertise with a service mindset to keep financial processes running smoothly and to maximize ERP value on an ongoing basis.

You will own multiple environments, drive continuous improvement, coach junior colleagues, and help clients navigate month-end closing, statutory reporting and complex financial challenges in a

As a Managed Services Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance, you become the trusted advisor for a portfolio of Dynamics 365 Finance customers. You combine deep functional expertise with strong relationship-building skills, helping customers navigate complex challenges, optimize financial processes and maximize the value of their ERP environment.

This is not a traditional implementation role. Rather than moving from project to project, you become a long-term sparring partner who truly understands your customers' business. What will you be doing?

As an experienced Managed Services consultant, you act as the finance expert and trusted advisor for your customers.

You combine deep business process knowledge with Dynamics 365 Finance expertise and a service mindset to help customers operate, optimize and continuously improve their ERP landscape. You play a key role in ensuring critical financial processes continue to run smoothly, especially during periods such as month-end closing, year-end activities and statutory reporting.

You will:

• Act as a trusted advisor for your customers and build long-term partnerships with finance stakeholders

Is there a match?

• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Dynamics AX or other Microsoft ERP solutions as a (service) consultant, key user or end user
• You have experience in a service-oriented environment where customer satisfaction, long-term partnerships and service quality are important
• You are customer-focused and enjoy building strong relationships with finance stakeholders
• You are proactive and take ownership when solving challenges
• You have a strong analytical mindset and quickly understand what drives a finance organization
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
