delaware BeLux is seeking an experienced Managed Services Consultant for Dynamics 365 Finance. You act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of customers, combining deep ERP expertise with a service mindset to keep financial processes running smoothly and to maximize ERP value on an ongoing basis.

You will own multiple environments, drive continuous improvement, coach junior colleagues, and help clients navigate month-end closing, statutory reporting and complex financial challenges in a

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and related ERP solutions.
• Experience in a service-oriented environment with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer-focused, proactive with strong relationships skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Act as a trusted advisor for your customers and build long-term partnerships with finance stakeholders.
• Take ownership of one or multiple customer environments.
• Analyse complex financial and ERP process challenges and translate them into pragmatic, sustainable solutions.
• Investigate recurring issues, perform root cause analysis and prevent future disruptions through structural improvements.
• Proactively identify, discuss and design optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with technical colleagues on integrations, enhancements, updates and change requests.
• Provide functional guidance, knowledge sharing and targeted training.
