delaware BeLux is hiring a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central developer to design and implement robust AL-based customizations and extensions. You’ll translate functional blueprints into technical architectures, while collaborating across teams and ensuring smooth delivery.

You’ll engage with Azure, Power Platform, and API integrations, contributing to performance optimization and ongoing support through the lifecycle of client projects in Belgium.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV (AL or C/AL).
• Understanding of Microsoft solutions such as Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Affinity with business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Financial.
• Experience with AI-driven capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem and translating new AI innovations into practical business value for customers.
• Experience with DevOps and/or GitHub is a plus.
• Strong communication in Dutch and/or French, with proficiency in English as well.

What will you be doing?

If writing source code within the Microsoft cloud solutions is your cup of tea, then you’ve come to the right place.

• After gaining the necessary understanding of the customer’s reality, you translate the functional blueprint (written by your functional colleagues) into a robust technical architecture and solution.
• That’s the basis for your development and implementation work, where you’ll design and build customizations and extensions in AL language for Microsoft Business Central. But know that you stay involved throughout the entire project implementation cycle, even after the go-live, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• From time to time, you might be designing integrations with other solutions or external systems. Here, your architectural skills and knowledge of APIs and web services will come in handy.
• You’ll also contribute to performance optimization, and troubleshooting, making sure the solution meets both technical and business requirements.
• As an IT consultant, you ensure that you stay up-to‑date on the latest technologies in your field, including Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and DevOps practices, so you can deliver modern, scalable solutions.
