R2 Global is seeking an in-house D365 Finance specialist to optimise financial processes, support new functionality, and drive global ERP initiatives from Belgium. You will bridge business needs with D365 configuration and external interfaces, focusing on Finance, Treasury and regulatory reporting.

You’ll work across regions to implement automations and integrations, train users, and promote best practices while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ERP experience with a focus on finance localisation.
• Strong understanding of accounting rules and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience analysing and implementing APIs (a plus).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Curious, proactive mindset with drive to improve processes.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Configure Dynamics 365 Finance processes per global guidelines.
• Analyse, document and deliver optimisation and automation projects (e-invoicing, e-reporting, treasury automation).
• Support setup, implementation and maintenance of new functionality and interfaces globally.
• Test integrations delivered by implementation partners.
• Provide second-line support for live entities via ticketing system.
• Promote ERP best practices and train regional ERP champions.

Our client is a fast-growing global distribution group headquartered in Antwerp, with operations in more than 60 countries. Its finance operations run on one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments in the world, and as the group continues to grow, it’s strengthening its in‑house ERP team.

The opportunity

This is an in‑house role for an ambitious D365 Finance specialist who wants real impact. You’ll help optimise and automate the group’s financial processes, support new functionality and integrations worldwide, and play a key part in the ongoing D365 Finance transformation in the region.

You’ll bridge business requirements, D365 Finance configuration and integrations with external systems, focusing on Finance, Treasury and Bank automation, Tax, and Regulatory reporting.

What you’ll do

• Analyse, document and deliver optimisation and automation projects such as e‑invoicing, e‑reporting, and invoice, bank and treasury automation
• Support the set‑up, implementation and maintenance of new functionality and interfaces globally
• Test integrations delivered by implementation partners
• Provide second‑line support for live entities through the ticketing system
• Promote ERP best practices and strengthen the network of regional ERP champions
• Train trainers and end users, and share knowledge across the global team
