Paulig Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Roeselare, Belgium. You will lead maintenance teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of maintenance activities, translate plans into actions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable technical performance.

The role combines leadership with hands-on maintenance expertise in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Fluency in English and the local language is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Experience in manufacturing; food industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with MS Office and maintenance management software.
• Leadership and people-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance execution team, creating an environment where people can perform at their best.
• Set clear objectives for the maintenance team and translate company priorities into concrete targets.
• Own the execution of preventive maintenance with team leaders.
• Validate maintenance planning and steer its daily execution.
• Ensure timely actions for urgent technical issues; monitor quality, safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with external contractors and review service performance.
• Maintain transparent progress reporting on the maintenance plan.
