Job summary

Paulig is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance execution at our Roeselare site in Belgium. You will develop and empower the maintenance team while ensuring safety, compliance and alignment with business goals.

In this role you will plan, monitor and improve preventive maintenance, manage external contractors, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on technical performance, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor's in Electromechanical Engineering or similar technical field.
• 5+ years in a maintenance role in manufacturing.
• Experience with food industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

You will be based in Roeselare, Belgium and report to the Technical Engineering Manager.Your role in the blendAs Maintenance Manager, you will lead the safe, efficient and compliant execution of maintenance activities at our Roeselare site. You will empower the maintenance teams to deliver strong results, while ensuring that day-to-day activities are aligned with our business objectives, safety standards and continuous improvement ambitions.You will play a key role in translating maintenance plans into effective execution.
