Jan De Nul in Aalst is seeking a Maintenance Support Engineer to develop and implement the maintenance policy for our dredging fleet. You will focus on improving technical availability and reducing costs.

The role involves optimizing maintenance management systems and will require effective communication in Dutch and English. A permanent contract with competitive benefits is offered, including a training program and various staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience with reactive, corrective, preventive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams.
• Proactive approach to encourage continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and roll out maintenance policy for the dredging fleet.
• Optimize maintenance management system and budget forecasting.
• Conduct audits on maintenance records and training.

Connaissances

Maintenance of complex installations

Knowledge of RCM/TPM/RCA/FMEA methodologies

Fluent in Dutch and English

Formation

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field

Outils

Maintenance software (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, AMOS)

SQL, Python, VBA
