A leading dredging company in Aalst is looking for a Maintenance Support Engineer. You will focus on the maintenance policy for our dredging fleet, manage maintenance software, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Qualifications

• Passion for maintenance of complex installations.
• Experience with RCM/TPM/RCA/FMEA methodologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with technical diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the maintenance policy for the dredging fleet.
• Design and optimize the maintenance management system.
• Audit stock management and maintenance records.
